Every project here has its own page with RERA facts, approvals, and a clear view of what buying or renting costs. Owners and buyers see the same facts. A project's own partner runs its page once verified.

How a project page works

  1. Public record. We start from the state RERA registration and approved plans, and show their facts with their sources.
  2. Claim. The developer or broker of a project asks to run its page. They show their authority, and our team verifies it.
  3. Verified partner. One verified partner gets the admin login for that project. Units are listed and checked by the team.
  4. Enquiries. Buyers and tenants send one enquiry. Their number reaches the partner only after the partner accepts it.
Facts come from public records (state RERA portals, approved plans) unless a project page says otherwise. Imaarat is not the developer and is not a party to any sale. Check the RERA record before you decide.
